Qualifications:
• Diploma in Engineering with 1 year of experience or HSC with 3 years of experience.
Experience:
• Practical experience in LAN structured cabling and labelling, power cable installation, raised-floor maintenance, fiber optic cable installation, standard cable labelling, rack installation, and hardware mounting/unmounting inside racks is required.
• Basic knowledge of network, power, and cooling systems, along with basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel, is also required.

• Ability to work under pressure with patience.• Willingness to work in roster-based shifts and follow Data Center operational procedures.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Perform physical monitoring, routine inspections, health checks, and first-level operational support for Data Center passive infrastructure, including UPS, AVR, PAC, VRF, AFSS, DG, VESDA, ATS, STS, LAN, FC, power cabling, PDU, and related systems.
• Respond to equipment alarms, perform initial troubleshooting and alarm acknowledgement/reset where applicable, and escalate issues to the concerned team or vendor as required.
• Conduct daily operational checks, monitor environmental and equipment parameters, record meter readings, and prepare operational status reports.
• Provide physical support for rack installation, hardware mounting/unmounting, structured cabling, LAN/FC and power cable installation, relocation, decommissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Install, route, terminate, label, maintain, and replace LAN, FC, and power cables, patch cords, rack accessories, and related infrastructure components.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and help keep Data Center facilities clean, organized, and safe through proper housekeeping, cable management, rack organization, and physical inspections.
• Escort vendors and contractors within restricted areas, maintain access records, and follow Data Center operational, safety, security, and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with the team for spare parts and asset verification as required.
• Perform other duties assigned based on business needs.
