Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration or a similar position.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and common business applications.
Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, networking and internet troubleshooting.Knowledge of ERP/CRM or business management software will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of data backup and IT security.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide timely technical support to users.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, organized and willing to learn new technologies.
