Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
RF network performance monitoring and optimization.
To analysis Pre-Post cluster , B2B customer network complaint’s logfile & make optimization plan & provide a suitable Recommendation to improve the coverage & quality of surroundings area.
To analysis B2B & CC log files & provide on demand solution plan & proposed IBS, Repeater, PICO cell as per requirements.
Analysis bad RF coverage area & provide suitable recommendations to improve it.
Provide all type of DT & Recommendation report .
Frequency retune & planning by using PIANO & make NBR plan, PSC, PCI plan, New site azimuth & ET MT plan, CCR plan.
2G/4G and 5G network performance analysis.
RF parameter optimization and troubleshooting.
Coverage, capacity and interference analysis.
Cluster/site performance analysis and reporting.
Identification of RF issues and recommendation of corrective actions.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly RF performance reports.
Coordination with POC, Sales Team, DT and field teams.
Support new site integration, commissioning and acceptance activities.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. in EEE / ECE / CSE / Telecommunication Engineering or relevant discipline.
Relevant experience in mobile network RF engineering will be preferred.
Experience
Experience in Radio Networks Planning & optimization will be preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of mobile network RF KPIs and optimization.
Practical experience with TEMS / Nemo / Actix or similar tools.
Good knowledge of Excel and RF reporting.
Ability to analyze DT logs and identify network issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
