Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ 1. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or related discipline.
∎ 2. Capable of graphic design with Photoshop, AI or other graphics design tools.
∎ 3. Strong concepts of UI-UX Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Software Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design a user-friendly application interface (including mobile and web pages) to ensure high user experience satisfaction.
∎ Use design tools such as Photoshop, AI, Sketch, etc., to implement designs and ensure cross-platform (including H5, App) and cross-device compatibility of the application.
∎ Work closely with product and back-end engineers to ensure that the UI design meets product requirements and technical specifications.
∎ Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
∎ Create wireframes, layouts, flows, prototypes, designs, and UX specifications.
∎ Must have working knowledge & experience in Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related graphic designing software etc.
∎ Translating requirements into style, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
∎ Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
∎ Expert and Passionate in creative UI design for mobile applications and web applications.
∎ Being highly passionate about User Experience (UX) design is a must.
∎ Proactively enhance, maintain & gather, and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
∎ Build page navigation buttons and search fields
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 23 years

∎ Have good communication, learning and stress resistance abilities
∎ English speaking/writing ability.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Based on performance, salary will be review after one year from the date of joining. KPI must be above 80% in minimum two quarter evaluation per year.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus & Others benefit will be complied after job confirmation as a permanent post. During contractual period, it will not applicable
