Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java/PL-SQL, Spring Certified, or Cloud certifications).

Working exposure to Microservices architecture,Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, and NGINX.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Core Technical Experience:
  
  Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js.
  
  Concurrency & Load Experience:
  Proven track record on at least 2 production projects engineered for 1,000+ concurrent users.
  
  Database Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of PL/SQL and performance tuning.
  Strong database design and E/R diagram creation capabilities.

• Frontend Web Technologies:Hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX (minimum 3+ years depending on level).

• Solid practical experience managing UI state and REST API consumption in React.js.
  
  Reporting & Messaging:

• Hands-on development experience with JasperReports.Working knowledge of REST API integration and OTP generation/verification workflows.

• Preferred Skills & CertificationsRelevant industry certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java/PL-SQL, Spring Certified, or Cloud certifications).

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile Java Full Stack Developer (Mid to Senior Level) to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, enterprise-grade web applications. In this role, you will build responsive user interfaces, engineer robust backend services using Java Spring Boot, and fine-tune complex relational database routines to ensure low latency and seamless user experiences under high concurrency. Level and responsibilities will be mapped based on candidate experience and technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Engineering: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using Java Spring Boot and React.js.

• Database Tuning & Optimization: Analyze, refactor, and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and execution plans to enhance overall system response time.

• Database Modeling: Design relational schemas, maintain referential integrity, and generate comprehensive E/R diagrams.

• Microservices & Deployment: Work within a distributed microservice architecture, collaborating on builds and deployments using Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and NGINX.

• Integrations & Security: Build and secure RESTful APIs, third-party service connections, and authentication workflows, including OTP system management.

• Reporting: Develop, format, and maintain operational and analytical reports using JasperReports.

• Best Practices & Quality: Enforce clean code principles, participate in peer code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
