Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• B.Sc. in CSE / Computer Engineering / ICT or equivalent.

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent Hardware & IT Support certification will be added advantage.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware troubleshooting, Operating System, printer & peripheral support, hardware installation & replacement, preventive maintenance, basic server hardware, UPS and CCTV/IP Camera troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of computer architecture (RAM, CPU, motherboard, PSU, storage, peripherals); working knowledge of Windows 10/11; and basic knowledge of server hardware, and UPS/power backup systems.

• Server hardware training is added advantage; CCTV/IP Camera, NVR knowledge is also a plus.

• Willing to travel to branch offices/sites, able to work under pressure and respond promptly to critical incidents, with strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Good time management, troubleshooting prioritization, task management and ability to handle multiple support requests independently.

• 2–3 Years of relevant experience in IT Hardware & Technical Support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Bengali and English.

• Hardware Support & Maintenance – Diagnose issues on desktops, laptops, and workstations; install, configure, upgrade, and replace components like CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, PSU, and NIC.

• Software & Peripheral Troubleshooting – Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, and essential software; handle IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, UPS, and CCTV/IP cameras/NVRs.

• Server & Infrastructure Support – Assist with server hardware, storage, and power supply installation/maintenance, and support the IT team on network infrastructure and hardware deployment projects.

• Preventive Maintenance & Documentation – Perform regular PM on computers, printers, and other assets; maintain records of hardware issues, repairs, and replacements; keep the IT asset/hardware inventory updated.

• Vendor Coordination & Field Support – Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and repairs, conduct QC/testing before deployment, provide on-site/remote support, track critical spare parts stock, and carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
