Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Civil.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY: To work as a project coordinator of a retrofitting work of STEEL and RCC Structure. To join as immediate appointment.
∎ Estimation, supervising monitoring & implementation of all types of construction renovation extension & modification work of all factories & head offices of the group.
∎ Making layout & design of all types of civil construction work in all factories of the group.
∎ Feasibility study of all construction related works on all factories of the group.
∎ Liaison with all the related Buyer, supplier & contractor of the site for smooth and quality work & also for timely & completion of the project in all new as well as old factories of the group.
∎ Visiting different sources/manufacturers for verification of construction material for all factories of the group.
∎ Arrangement for testing of construction material from BUET and any other accredited company.
∎ Verification of labour change from different contractor & gets competitive rates for quality construction work.
∎ Constructive & result oriented correspondence with different consultants, Buyer for effective & permanent solution in any emergency case as & when required.
∎ Repairing of civil construction works in all factories in priority basis as per advised by the factory management and full feel ACCORD & ALLANCE requirement.
∎ Choosing competitive & effective contractors for vast & big construction works in all new & old factories of the group.
∎ Looking after & implementation of all construction related works by visiting all the factories & head offices both of the group maintaining a roaster approved by the management.
∎ Prepare weekly/fortnight and monthly construction related works summery report as per schedule and coordinate with the Head office & factory and management.
∎ Lead the team with proper guidance and train them to make the same skilled to identify to solve any type of problems.
∎ Help other junior engineers all time to discharging their duty perfectly.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping of office room & working area.
∎ Needed adequate knowledge in BNBC, ACORD & ALLANCE requirement.
∎ Ability to check the quality and quantity of goods in house.
