Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute area-wise sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and local promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and corporate clients.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, identify business opportunities, and expand market presence.
Plan and implement brand promotion activities including banners, posters, flyer distribution, and local events.
Manage end-to-end corporate sales from client acquisition to negotiation and deal closure.
Ensure customer retention by reducing churn, resolving service issues, and running loyalty campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (NOC, Finance, Technical) to ensure smooth service delivery and billing support.
Lead, train, and supervise field sales team to achieve performance targets.
