About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to join our growing digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies

* Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube accounts

* Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns

* Create, manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

* Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and other key performance metrics

* Conduct audience, competitor & market research

* Increase engagement, leads, conversions and revenue

* Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports

* Coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators

* Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and advertising techniques

Requirements

* Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience

* Proven experience managing a cumulative minimum of USD $50,000+ in advertising spend, preferably through Meta Ads

* Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram marketing

* Advanced understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, targeting, retargeting and optimisation

* Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns and performance marketing

* Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) and basic tracking

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets

* Portfolio, case studies or verifiable campaign results are required
