Responsibilities & Context:

  • Maintain CRM, Website, Inbound calls and Offline visitor for engaged with customer.

  • Gather customer data and offer services or products according to their needs.

  • Make outbound calls or communicate by sales channel for follow-up potential customers.

  • Achieve sales target in any situation.

  • Record and manage orders and payment in sales channel (Order entry, Packing, Courier entry, Payment management etc.)

  • Monitor and manage logistic channels for successful delivery

  • Making report for management·

  • Complete additional task given by management.
