Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate clients, architects, interior designers, site engineers and vendors

* Monitor ongoing interior projects from design stage to execution

* Coordinate with site teams and ensure work is progressing according to schedule

* Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding quotations, materials, delivery and installation

* Handle client meetings, requirements, follow-ups and project updates

* Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

* Generate new leads and identify potential interior design clients

* Explore different channels to bring in new clients and business opportunities

* Follow up with leads from Facebook, referrals, developers, real-estate contacts and other sources

* Maintain client database and sales pipeline

* Convert potential leads into confirmed projects

* Coordinate between management, design team and execution team

* Prepare regular project and sales reports for management

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate or related industry

* Strong communication and client-handling skills

* Experience in sales/business development will be highly preferred

* Good understanding of interior design and project execution

* Good negotiation and vendor management skills

* Strong follow-up and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace

* Must be proactive, responsible and target-oriented
