Responsibilities & Context:

1. Oral Interpretation & Direct Communication

​1.1. Accurately translate daily operational instructions between Chinese technicians/engineers and local Bangladesh workers or staff.

1.2. Provide real-time (consecutive/simultaneous) interpretation during internal business meetings, client presentations, and corporate discussions.

1.3. Offer on-site translation support during machinery installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting alongside Chinese engineers.

1.4. Bridge communication gaps and cultural differences to ensure a smooth working environment between Chinese management and local staff.

​2. Written Translation & Documentation

​2.1. Translate technical manuals, operating procedures, process sheets, and company policies from Chinese to English/Bengali and vice versa.

2.2. Accurately translate business contracts, agreements, official letters, and legal/commercial documents.

2.3. Handle all business correspondence, including emails and WeChat messages, with head offices, suppliers, or foreign clients in China.

2.4. Prepare meeting minutes and translate daily/weekly progress reports for management review.

​3. Operational Support & Coordination

​3.1. Assist delegates, engineers, and guests arriving from China with local logistics, including airport pickup, accommodation, and daily schedule coordination.

3.2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers in China for sourcing machinery, spare parts, and raw materials as required by the company.

3.3. Act as an interpreter during visits by local authorities, auditors, or external partners when needed.
