English Language School of London (ELSL) is looking for confident, responsible and enthusiastic Spoken English Tutors to join our growing team in Mirpur, Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English classes according to ELSL course modules.

• Help students improve speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary and confidence.

• Conduct interactive activities, conversations, role-plays, presentations and speaking practice.

• Prepare students for regular and monthly assessments.

• Monitor student attendance, participation, homework and progress.

• Provide constructive feedback and learning support to students.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

• Manage multiple student batches and class schedules professionally.

• Maintain student attendance and basic academic records.

• Communicate professionally with students and guardians when required.

• Assist with student enquiries, admissions and enrolment.

• Explain courses, schedules and class information to prospective students and guardians.

• Support orientation sessions and assessment activities.

• Assist with student follow-up and retention.

• Support ELSL admission and promotional activities.

• Participate in school visits, campaigns, events and other marketing activities when required.

• Assist in converting genuine enquiries into student admissions.

• Coordinate with the ELSL management team.

• Represent ELSL professionally inside and outside the classroom.
