Key Responsibilities:

* Handle overseas and local manpower supply business.

* Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.

* Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding manpower requirements.

* Coordinate with recruitment teams and clients for manpower selection and deployment.

* Manage multiple tasks and business activities efficiently.

* Conduct client visits and business follow-ups as required.

* Support business development and other related operational activities.

Selection Criteria:

* Must be able to communicate effectively in *Chinese and English*.

* Must be energetic, smart, confident, and presentable.

* Should have a *multi-tasking personality* and the ability to handle different responsibilities.

* Must be able to drive a *four-wheel vehicle* and hold a valid driving license.

* Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-handling skills.

* Previous experience in manpower supply/recruitment or business development will be an advantage.
