Responsibilities & Context:
Daily Operations
Supervise daily opening and closing routines.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Enforce company policies and local regulations.
Inventory and Stock
Monitor stock levels and order new products.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
Prevent stock loss, theft, and manage damaged items
Sales and Finance
Track daily revenue, cash flow, and manage budgets.
Analyze sales data to set and meet performance targets.
Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising
Customer Service
Model premium service standards for the team.
Handle difficult customer queries and resolve complaints
