বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে।MS Word ও MS Excel-এর মৌলিক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।ক্লায়েন্টের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ করতে হবে।দায়িত্বশীল ও সময়নিষ্ঠ হতে হবে।Visa processing বা travel agency-তে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:

কাজের দায়িত্ব:

• বিভিন্ন দেশের ভিসা প্রসেসিং ও ডকুমেন্টেশন কাজে সহায়তা করা।

• ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সংগ্রহ ও যাচাই করা।

• ভিসা আবেদন ফর্ম পূরণে সহায়তা করা।

• ক্লায়েন্টের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও ফলোআপ করা।

• Embassy/VFS/অনলাইন আবেদন সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও আপডেট রাখা।

• অফিসের দৈনন্দিন প্রশাসনিক কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।

• কম্পিউটার, MS Word ও Excel ব্যবহার করে ডাটা এন্ট্রি করা।

প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা:

• শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম HSC।

• কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা।

• বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা।

• Visa processing/Travel agency/Consultancy-তে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

• দায়িত্বশীল, ভদ্র ও ক্লায়েন্ট-ফ্রেন্ডলি হতে হবে।
