• Proficiency in Japanese ⇄ Bengali/English (Spoken, Reading and Writing).

• JLPT certification N2 or above (would be relaxed for highly proficient candidates)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Provide real-time Japanese ⇄ Bengali/English interpretation during meetings, conferences, calls, and business discussions.

• Translate/Prepare documents, emails, reports, presentations, and other business materials.

• Assist communication between Japanese-speaking visitors, clients, and internal teams.

• Support in training sessions, and company events when required.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and understanding.

• Any other task assigned by the HOD/TA.
