- Age At least 18 years
Proficiency in Japanese ⇄ Bengali/English (Spoken, Reading and Writing).
JLPT certification N2 or above (would be relaxed for highly proficient candidates)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide real-time Japanese ⇄ Bengali/English interpretation during meetings, conferences, calls, and business discussions.
Translate/Prepare documents, emails, reports, presentations, and other business materials.
Assist communication between Japanese-speaking visitors, clients, and internal teams.
Support in training sessions, and company events when required.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
Any other task assigned by the HOD/TA.
