Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Follow up with customers regarding installations, renewals, and after-sales service.

• Maintain customer records and prepare daily support reports.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering Will Be Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
