About the Opportunity

FridaySoft Limited is an established IT solutions provider and skill development training institute based in Mirpur, Dhaka. We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Project & Marketing Lead to take full operational and strategic ownership of our project pipeline and training programs.

In this role, you will operate as a project business unit leader. FridaySoft Limited will provide complete institutional infrastructure and project resources (office space, training labs, technical environment, and operational utilities). Your mandate is to lead marketing, acquire business/students, manage execution end-to-end, and steer project staff.

Remuneration Structure: This is an earnings-driven contractual position. Compensation is directly tied to project and program revenue/performance, out of which the selected lead will manage project team payouts and retain project earnings based on agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Delivery

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions, client projects, and training programs.

• Direct project operations, set delivery milestones, ensure quality standards, and maintain accountability across technical and creative deliverables.

• Build, deploy, and manage the team/staff required for project execution.

2. Marketing, Admissions & Business Growth

• Formulate and execute aggressive outreach and marketing campaigns (digital, corporate, and campus/community outreach) to scale student enrollment in our training institute.

• Build strategic partnerships, organize seminars/workshops, and drive community engagement to build brand authority.

• Generate and convert leads for software development services and skill-training batches.

3. Financial & Staff Management

• Manage project revenue streams, budgeting, and project-level operational expenses.

• Oversee team compensation and staff payroll directly from project earnings in accordance with contractual milestones.

• Ensure optimal resource utilization while maintaining high student and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven capacity to run projects independently like an owner, with strong financial acumen and leadership drive.

• Dual Competence: Solid understanding of both digital marketing/lead generation and project management within the software or education/training industry.

• Team Management: Ability to source, supervise, and compensate project team members, instructors, or operational associates effectively.

• Local Market Familiarity: Good networking ability in Dhaka, particularly around student hubs, professional networks, or local IT communities.

• Experience: Prior experience running a training branch, project team, marketing agency, or operational unit in the IT/EdTech sector is highly advantageous.
