Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research local and international donors and funding opportunities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies and annual fundraising plans

• Prepare high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and project proposals

• Build and maintain strong donor relationships

• Develop Corporate CSR partnerships and institutional collaborations

• Design, coordinate, and oversee development programmes

• Prepare project budgets, work plans, timelines, and implementation plans

• Coordinate project implementation and ensure timely delivery

• Prepare donor reports, project updates, and impact reports

• Lead monitoring, documentation, and programme evaluation

• Develop partnerships with NGOs, INGOs, government agencies, development partners, and private-sector organizations
