Experience:

3–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related industry.
Experience in study-abroad/overseas education consultancy will be strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing a sales or marketing team.
Strong understanding of lead generation and sales conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the marketing, student recruitment, and sales activities of our education consultancy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, experience in education consultancy or a related sales environment, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospective students into enrolled students. The manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, building relationships with students and parents, promoting overseas education opportunities, and achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement monthly and annual marketing strategies to increase student inquiries and enrollments. Plan online and offline marketing campaigns for study-abroad programs and partner institutions. Identify target markets, student segments, and new business opportunities. Monitor competitors and market trends and recommend new promotional strategies. Develop campaigns for universities, countries, intakes, scholarships, and special offers.
2. Lead Generation
Generate qualified student leads through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, events, seminars, school/college visits, referrals, and other channels. Work closely with the digital marketing team to improve campaign performance. Develop strategies to reduce lead acquisition costs and increase lead quality. Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective students.
3. Sales & Student Recruitment
Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through application and enrollment. Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and faceto-face meetings. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations. Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and study options. Ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of leads into applications and enrollments. Achieve monthly and annual student recruitment targets.
4. Team Management
Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise marketing and sales/admissions staff. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Provide coaching on counseling, objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques. Establish clear KPIs and accountability for each team member.
5. Partnerships & Business Development
Develop relationships with schools, colleges, universities, corporate organizations, and other relevant partners. Organize education fairs, seminars, workshops, and student counseling sessions. Identify opportunities for new institutional partnerships and referral networks. Maintain strong relationships with existing university and recruitment partners.
6. CRM & Sales Reporting
Ensure all leads and prospective students are properly recorded and managed in the CRM system. Monitor lead status, follow-ups, applications, offer letters, visa processing, and enrollments. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. Analyze conversion rates and identify weaknesses in the sales funnel. Use data to improve marketing and sales performance.
7. Brand & Digital Marketing
Coordinate with content creators and digital marketing teams to promote the consultancy's services. Oversee social media campaigns, promotional content, webinars, student success stories, and testimonials. Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels. Support website, social media, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
8. Events & Promotional Activities
Plan and manage university fairs, admission events, seminars, webinars, and career counseling sessions. Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams. Develop promotional materials and campaigns to maximize event attendance and student conversions. Track leads generated from each event and ensure proper follow-up.
