Responsibilities & Context:

Name of Post: Marketing Director

Number of Vacancy: 01 (One)

Academic Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand promotion and customer acquisition.
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns for a QSR/food brand.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to strengthen ChikChik's brand presence.
• Plan and execute digital, social media, promotional and local marketing campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and repeat visits through creative marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with operations and management to support new product launches and business growth.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Creative, proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Good understanding of the QSR/food-service customer and competitive market is preferred.

Experience Requirement:

The candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in a Marketing role. Experience in QSR, restaurant, FMCG or consumer-facing brands will be considered an advantage.
