JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Head Teacher

IMR School is looking for a competent, experienced, and dynamic Head Teacher to lead and manage the academic and administrative activities of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Effectively manage and supervise the overall academic and administrative activities of the school.

·       Lead teachers and ensure discipline, punctuality, and quality teaching.

·       Develop and implement effective academic plans and strategies.

·       Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive educational environment.

·       Teach and clearly explain Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Higher Mathematics to students.

·       Monitor students’ academic progress and provide necessary guidance.

·       Coordinate with teachers, students, and guardians for the overall development of the institution.

Preferred Candidates:

We will give special preference to retired government and private-sector officers/employees who have relevant experience, leadership ability, discipline, and a passion for education.
