Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Maintain all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law benchmarks and preset standards.

2.      Ensure all factory end recruitments are made as per the recruitment matrix and in compliance with labor law. Capable of finding out and controlling manpower turnover & maintaining personal files of all staff.

3.      Follow up on attendance, authorization, and management of overtime, leave, grievance handling, general administration, etc.

4.      Identify & ensure organized awareness, regular counselling or development training as per requirement. Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relations issues as per the law.

5. Hands-on experience and responsible for facing regarding ISO 9001:2015-QMS, ISO 22000:2018-FSSC, HALAL, FDA, HACCP, GMP, BRC, KOSHER, CT-PAT, CoC, HIGG FEM BSCI, SEDEX, Environment, Technical, and social compliance audit, and Fire, Electric, Boiler & Building Safety requirements and periodic follow-up. Having the capacity to prepare the above audit-related documentation and complete the CAP accordingly.

6. Maintenance and timely renewal of all legal documents of the company. Handling the offices of Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence, Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE), Local Police Station, DGFI, NSI, SB, & others authorities and Labor law litigation matters.

7.      Be proactive and self-motivated to identify/ assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard & over all security of the company, lives, and properties.

8.      Contribute to maintaining a congenial work environment among all line members and departments.

9.      Proactive follow-up to maintain all documents up to date.

10.  Discover how to keep employees satisfied and to retain them for longer periods. Responsible for developing and implementing various employee engagement events from time to time.

11.  Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

12.  To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
