Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily Water vessel movements, operational status and turnaround times across the fleet and reports.
Examine voyage reports and engine logbooks, reports variances in operation against standards and inputs data into the Oracle system.
Assist in tracking fuel consumption, bunker supplies, and inventory levels for all Water vessels.
Communicate timely operational updates and instructions to vessel Masters and onboard crews.
Collect and organize crew documents, certificates etc. and compliance records as per regulatory standards and original COC of Master/Driver on board all the time.
Prepares periodic summary reports on fleet utilization, cargo handling volumes, operational delays, etc.
