• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor degree in environment science/chemical engineering/chemistry.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• 8-10 years in ETP operation preferably in woven factory

• Must have experience in facing audit with buyers like H&M, C&A, M&S, Kiabi etc.

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

• Good inter-personal skill

• Team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

We are a 100% export oriented company having business in textile and dyeing. We are looking for a Deputy Manager/Manager ETP in HR, Admin & Compliance Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for total operations of biological ETP

• Maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) for ETP processes

• Monitor overall processes in ETP plant

• Ensure air blowers and other pumps working properly

• Maintain waste and sludge management to comply with environmental requirements

• Fulfill the requirements of environment modules of buyers

• Collect and provide BVE3 data monthly, bi-annually and annually as per demand of buyers

• Keep the ETP prepared and ready for facing any external audit both announced and unannounced

• Face audit of different buyers and give presentations to the buyers

• Initiate action plans for improvement of ETP parameters on environmental assessment

• Develop effective policy and procedure on environmental management and ensure practices of the same

• Maintain regular communication with dyeing, ECR, utility, maintenance and administration

• Take care of all lab and other equipment to keep them in working condition

• Educate and train the team members for efficient operation of ETP

• Interact regularly with concerned personnel to prepare them for external audit and make them aware of maintaining compliance standards

• Prepare relevant reports and routinely correspondence with concerned departments

• Follow up and ensure availability of all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of audit
