Diploma in Automobile /Power.

12 years of experience in relevant field.

Good Communication with self driven.

Well Conversant with compute system.

Good command on both written and spoken English.

Ability to work under pressure. 

Ability to handle big transport flit.Able to work in a team.

Collect Job card from inspection department and planned how to solve.

Ensure the delivery times are met.

Responsible to oversee all the activities of Workshop.

Maintain file / log book for every individual vehicle regarding maintenance issue.

Make sure all equipment is kept in a safe working order.

Ensure that all safety measure is taken before entering job.

Ordering spare parts using various enterprise.

Providing service reports.

Coordinating and assisting workshop staff.

To prepare and submit different daily report for the management vehicles laying in the workshop.

To access in damage vehicles up on entering into the workshop submit the report

Control and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, work and materials delivered.

Carrying out other duties related to the scope of the job as requested.

Manage the administration of the mechanical workshop.

Ensure all log books and departmental records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, ordering of parts and all other workshop functions operate efficiently.

Be prepared to step in and assist all Technicians in times of emergencies & undertake on the job training with all

Technicians should it be required.

Responsible for major installation & maintenance of mechanical parts of vehicles, leading the team of Technicians assigned to the task.

Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
