• Experience: 6–7 years in fuel station/petrol pump operations
• Strong knowledge of fuel station operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good staff-management and customer-service skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Understanding of accounting, cash handling, and audit procedures
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and capable of independently managing operations

Location: Faridpur, Magura Highway

Position: Fuel Station Manager

• Manage the overall day-to-day operation of the fuel station

• Supervise and guide junior staff

• Handle customer complaints and operational issues

• Monitor and maintain station services and facilities

• Oversee accounting, cash handling, records, and audits

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, discipline, and proper operational procedures

• Coordinate with Head Office

• Prepare necessary reports and perform other duties assigned by Head Office
