✔ Minimum 6–7 years of relevant fuel station/petrol pump experience
✔ Minimum age 40 years
✔ Strong knowledge of fuel station operations
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Good staff-management and customer-service skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
✔ Understanding of accounting, cash handling, and audit procedures
✔ Honest, responsible, disciplined, and capable of independently managing operations

Position: Fuel Station Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 6–7 years in fuel station/petrol pump operations

• Manage the overall day-to-day operation of the fuel station
• Supervise and guide junior staff
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues
• Monitor and maintain station services and facilities
• Oversee accounting, cash handling, records, and audits
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, discipline, and proper operational procedures
• Coordinate with Head Office
• Prepare necessary reports and perform other duties assigned by Head Office

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
