Responsibilities & Context:
Arkan Al Tameer is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and operations for the skill test in Bangladesh.
What you will do:
Lead the Compliance and Operations team
Monitor test centres through inspections and compliance visits
Identify risks, prepare corrective action plans, and follow up to closure
Analyze KPIs and performance data, and report to management
Develop SOPs and tools, and train assessors and test-centre staff
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Compliance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Operations, Audit, or Consultancy
Team-leadership experience
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Advantage: Saudi/GCC regulations or project experience, and a background in vocational training, skills assessment, or international programs.
