Position

Loading & Unloading Assessor

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in loading and unloading operations.

• Verify trainees' competency in manual material handling, cargo loading, unloading techniques, and safe work practices.

• Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.

• Evaluate trainees based on competency standards and prepare assessment reports.

• Record assessment results and provide remarks and recommendations according to individual performance.

• Ensure all assessments are conducted in accordance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.

• Monitor the proper use of lifting equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain accurate records of trainee assessments and related documentation.

• Coordinate with the training management team to ensure smooth execution of competency assessment activities.

• Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in logistics, material handling, warehouse operations, or occupational safety will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, cargo handling, material handling, or loading and unloading operations.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling procedures, and workplace safety practices.

• Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Five (5) working days per week

• Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
