Position
Agriculture & Gardening Assessor
Job Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in agriculture and gardening.
Evaluate trainees' competency in crop cultivation, plant care, irrigation techniques, soil preparation, pest management, and landscape maintenance.
Assess trainees' practical skills using industry-recognized competency standards.
Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate records of trainee performance and competency.
Assign remarks and recommendations based on assessment outcomes.
Ensure all assessment activities comply with company standards, occupational safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
Promote sustainable farming techniques, environmental awareness, and safe working practices.
Coordinate with the training management team to ensure effective implementation of competency assessment programs.
Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.
Educational Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in agriculture, horticulture, gardening, landscaping, agricultural training, or competency assessment.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good knowledge of modern agricultural practices, gardening techniques, and workplace safety.
Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.

Employment Type: Full-time
Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Five (5) working days per week
Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
