Position

Packaging Worker Assessor

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in packaging operations.

• Evaluate trainees' competency in product packaging, labeling, sorting, sealing, palletizing, and material handling.

• Assess trainees' knowledge of packaging procedures, quality standards, hygiene, and workplace safety.

• Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.

• Prepare competency assessment reports and maintain accurate assessment records.

• Assign remarks and recommendations based on trainees' performance and competency levels.

• Ensure all assessment activities comply with company standards, occupational safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Verify the proper use of packaging tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Coordinate with the training management team to ensure the effective delivery of competency assessment programs.

• Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Professional certifications related to packaging, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or quality control will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in packaging operations, manufacturing, warehouse operations, quality control, or competency assessment.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Good knowledge of packaging processes, quality control procedures, and workplace safety practices.

• Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Five (5) working days per week

• Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
