Responsibilities & Context:
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Meet with potential clients to understand their architectural and construction requirements.
Present the company's architecture, interior design, and consultancy services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
