Lumen SoftTech is looking for a creative and versatile Digital Professional who has practical experience in Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, AI-based Image & Video Creation, and WordPress Development.

Responsibilities:

 Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and other social media platforms.

 Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.

 Create professional social media images, banners, and promotional graphics.

 Create and edit marketing videos/reels for social media.

 Use AI tools to create and enhance images, videos, content, and marketing creatives.

 Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

 Customize WordPress themes, plugins, layouts, and website functionality.

 Ensure websites are responsive, modern, and user-friendly.

 Support the team with creative digital marketing ideas and content.

Requirements:

 Practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

 Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

 Manage targeting, budgets, creatives, keywords, conversions, and CPA.

 Strong skills in graphic design for both images and videos.

 Experience with AI creative tools is highly preferred.

 Good knowledge of WordPress development and customization.

 Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.

 Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites

 Creative mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks.

 Candidates should have a portfolio or examples of previous work.
