Education
Bachelor’s degree ( BBA, BSc. etc.) from a reputed institution.

Technical/Job Knowledge
• Ability to connect data, external factors, and user behavior to extract measurable and actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Interpersonal/Managerial
• Ability to learn fast and apply the learnings to solve problems.
• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset.
• Active team player, with excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and good work ethic.

Officer, App Operations, App & Essential Services, assists manager covering growth initiatives and essential services (including Agent & DSO app) to amplify the team’s ability to drive data-driven decisions. This role also supports UX research and operations functions under App Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis: Assist in Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis for Present Data in Products & Possible Areas of Steering Growth.

• Ensure data availability: Understand data tools and work closely with the central BI team to enrich the data availability for the overall AES Team.

• Assist in performance analysis: Ensure data visibility and user product performance reporting for the product managers.

• Assist in campaign optimization: Identify the right customer Segments for the right offers, create Business Cases, and thus assist the team in Campaign Optimization.
