Responsibilities & Context:

• Review and assess Small Business loan proposals in line with guidelines, internal credit policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive business and customer site visits to verify business operations, financial records, KYC information, and other relevant information.

• Conduct thorough credit analysis and prepare Credit Appraisal/Credit Approval Memos, covering business operations, financial position, cash flow, CIB information, guarantor profile, industry trends, and market conditions, with clear risk assessment and recommendations.

• Ensure timely processing of loan applications within the defined Turnaround Time while maintaining underwriting quality.

• Maintain regular MIS on file processing status, including application pipeline, pending files, approval/rejection status, TAT, etc.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, regulatory requirements.

• Participate in market research and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen credit quality and decision-making.
