Experience:
A Master’s degree/MBA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications/certifications in HR, Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development or related fields will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in a Training Institute, Learning & Development Center, Learning Center, or similar function of a bank or financial institution.
Candidates with significant experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Talent Development, Leadership Development and Organizational Capability Building will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the overall activities of the Learning & Development of the Bank, including:
Develop and implement the Bank’s Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
Identify organizational and individual learning needs (TNA) and design appropriate development interventions.
Plan, organize, and oversee training, workshops, seminars, leadership development and capability-building programs for employees across all levels.
Develop and implement competency-based learning programs for different functions and career stages.
Introduce and promote digital learning, blended learning and interactive learning methodologies.
Develop annual learning calendars, training budgets and learning plans based on organizational requirements.
Establish appropriate mechanisms for training evaluation, effectiveness measurement and learning impact assessment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external/internal trainers, consultants, professional institutions and academic organizations for specialized learning initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the Bank’s learning resources, training materials, knowledge repositories and learning infrastructure.
Support talent development, succession planning, leadership development and career progression initiatives of the Bank.
Ensure effective utilization of the Bank’s Learning & Development facilities and resources.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in banking, human capital development and corporate learning and incorporate relevant practices into the Bank’s learning framework.
Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management
