Education:
Concentrated in Accounting, Finance and Information System. or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
CA-CC or partial completion of related professional certification CIA, ACA, ACCA, CFA is a plus.
Prior relevant work experience will be an advantage; however, fresh graduates with strong academic credentials from any public university are encouraged to apply.

Support the development of risk-based audit plans and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, and assist in maintaining the audit universe, risk register, and other relevant tools to continuously assess, link, and prioritize critical business risks.
Perform internal audit activities in accordance with IIA Standards, IIA Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, organizational policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, while staying updated on audit methodologies, industry best practices, trends, and emerging issues that may impact the business.
Demonstrate adherence to established policies and procedures and apply a systematic, disciplined, and value-adding approach to internal audit activities that meets the needs of the organization.
Develop and document engagement plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements, considering the organization’s strategies, objectives, and risks relevant to each engagement.
Independently perform and document assigned audit engagements by identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting sufficient and appropriate information to achieve engagement objectives within approved timelines, budgets, and departmental standards.
Develop, maintain, and update control assessment frameworks, models, criteria, and Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs) at the engagement level to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, internal controls, processes, and systems.
Maintain professional objectivity and independence throughout audit engagements; disclose any actual or perceived impairment of independence or objectivity, ensure balanced assessments based on relevant facts, and avoid undue influence from personal interests or other parties.
Consider the possibility of significant errors, fraud, and non-compliance during assigned engagements and conduct appropriate examinations and verifications in line with professional standards and the level of diligence expected from a competent internal auditor.
Ensure audit quality and timely delivery by assessing whether engagements adequately cover the approved scope and key risks, objectively evaluate governance, risk management, and controls, identify current business issues and their strategic or operational implications, and provide appropriate recommendations.
Communicate audit results in an accurate, objective, clear, concise, constructive, complete, and timely manner, and work with auditees, process owners, and management to develop appropriate action plans and resolve identified control issues and risks.
Conduct periodic follow-ups on audit recommendations and action plans, ensure timely implementation of agreed actions, and maintain the audit follow-up tracking system as required by the department.
Escalate to the Head of Internal Audit (HIA), through the appropriate channel, where management or divisional heads accept a level of risk that may be unacceptable to the organization.
Maintain a thorough and current understanding of the organization’s objectives, strategies, processes, systems, capabilities, employees, culture, industry practices, and business environment to ensure relevant and effective audit assessments.
Consider the work of other assurance providers and assess whether reliance on their work is appropriate based on their scope and procedures, while coordinating with other control and monitoring functions to ensure effective use of audit resources.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with process owners and business management to support improvements in internal controls, risk management, business processes, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Assist the supervisor in functional, administrative, and other audit-related matters as and when required.
