Education:
  • MBA/MBM/Masters/Four years’ Bachelor Degree (preferably Business) from UGC approved universities having no 3rd class in academic records.        

  • Candidate having minimum 16 years of schooling will be eligible.        

  • Candidates having professional certification in Islamic Banking will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Minimum 05 years of banking experience, including at least 03 years in corporate banking in any commercial banks/ financial institution.        

  • Candidates currently serving in any Shariah-based bank will be given preference.      

  • Preference will be given to candidates having an MTO/PO background or who have been recruited through a competitive examination in any commercial bank or financial institution.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify, acquire and onboard new corporate clients to expand the bank’s customer base, ensuring alignment with the bank’s business strategy.

  • Build, nurture and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with corporate clients, ensuring superior service, satisfaction and retention.

  • Drive business by expanding the customer base and achieving targets for loans/ investments & deposit by cross-selling and up-selling appropriate banking products and services tailored to client needs.

  • Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients to strengthen relationships, explore opportunities and provide proactive solutions.

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless and one-stop banking experience.

  • Perform financial analysis, assess creditworthiness and prepare credit/ investment proposals to support sound lending decisions.

  • Monitor portfolio quality, minimize NPLs to ensure sustainable asset growth and asset quality, enforce adherence to bank policies, credit/ investment standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Prepare and review credit/ investment proposal/ call reports/ office notes/ memos, maintain accurate MIS and ensure proper documentation and archiving of client files.

  • Provide updates on business, industry and regulatory developments to senior management for informed decision-making.

  • Liaise effectively with internal teams (credit/ investment, operations, compliance, audit, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by management to support the smooth functioning of the department.
