• Master's or Bachelors degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent in academic result.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MPA, MPF, MPB, MBM will be given preference.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At most 55 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ practical experience in the General Banking Desk of a Branch.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

• Age: Maximum 55 years as of last date of application.

Employment Status: Permanent in the rank of Assistant Officer to Executive Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day general banking operations, including account opening, maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, clearing, and fund transfers.

• Ensure proper processing and verification of customer transactions and documentation in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide efficient customer service and address customer queries and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, AML/CFT requirements, KYC procedures, and internal control policies in all general banking activities.

• Maintain accurate records and reports and coordinate with relevant departments/branches to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant banking operations.

• Necessary maintenance / cash loading / reconcile of ATM.
