Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Master's or Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent in academic result.

• CDCS holders will be given preference.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MPA, MPF, MPB, MBM will be given preference.

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 55 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in the Foreign Trade Desk of a Branch or in the Centralized Trade Processing Unit of the Head Office of any Bank.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

• Age: Maximum 55 years as of last date of application.

Employment Status: Permanent in the rank of Senior Officer to First Assistant Vice President 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and process foreign trade transactions, including import, export, L/C opening, amendment, negotiation, retirement, and settlement.

• Scrutinize and process trade-related documents in accordance with applicable banking practices, UCPDC, ISBP, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, Foreign Exchange Guidelines, AML/CFT requirements, and the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.

• Monitor and manage trade finance exposures, including outstanding bills, liabilities, overdue transactions, and timely settlement/recovery.

• Coordinate with customers, correspondent banks, customs, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of foreign trade transactions.
