Experience:

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

• Master's or Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent in academic result.

• Any additional professional certification in Credit will be considered an added advantage.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MPA, MPF, MPB, MBM will be given preference.

• At least 2 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in the Credit Desk of a Branch or in the Credit Risk Management/Credit Division of the Head Office of any Bank.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

• Age: Maximum 55 years as of last date of application.

Employment Status: Permanent in the rank of Senior Officer to First Assistant Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

• Appraise and process credit proposals by analyzing customers’ financial position, repayment capacity, business performance, and creditworthiness.

• Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment and recommend appropriate credit facilities in accordance with the Bank’s lending policies and risk appetite.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, applicable laws, and the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.

• Monitor credit facilities and loan portfolios, including repayment performance, overdue/classified loans, financial covenants, and early warning indicators.

• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, branches, Credit Administration, and other relevant units for timely processing, disbursement, monitoring, recovery, and overall management of credit facilities.
