Job Summary
The Business Associate will play a frontline role in lead generation, partner coordination, client onboarding, and sales conversion of digital insurance products (Life & Non-Life). The role requires strong communication skills, market mapping ability, and comfort working with digital platforms and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients, partners, and corporate prospects through field visits, networking, and digital channels
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Promote digital insurance solutions to individuals and organizations
Client Acquisition & Conversion
Explain product features, benefits, and policy coverage clearly to clients
Assist customers in completing digital onboarding and documentation
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into policyholders
Partner & Corporate Coordination
Build relationships with hospitals, corporates, agents, and business partners
Support in developing B2B and B2C insurance channels
CRM & Reporting
Update daily activities, leads, and conversions in CRM/ERP system
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Maintain proper documentation of client records
Marketing Support
Assist in campaign execution, promotional activities, and awareness programs
Participate in events, roadshows, and partner engagement programs
