Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Bachelor`s and Master`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

• Professional qualifications in capital market, investment, finance or related areas will be an advantage.

• At least 15 years

• Age At most 45 years

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in the Bangladesh capital market, securities or stock brokerage industry.

• Experience in senior management/business leadership roles within a Securities/Brokerage House or related capital-market organization.

• Proven track record in brokerage business development, revenue generate and client acquisition.

• Strong practical knowledge of DSE, CSE, CDBL, securities trading and brokerage operations.

• Good understanding of the regulatory environment governing Bangladesh`s capital market.

• Experience in online trading, digital brokerage or FinTech will be an advantage.

• Experience in managing and developing a business team is essential.
