A reputed private commercial bank in Bangladesh is looking for young, energetic, confident, and target-oriented individuals for the position of Direct Sales Trainee under its Retail Banking Division.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in Banking, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Financial Services.

The selected candidates will work in a direct sales/field-based environment and will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the Bank's retail banking products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through direct sales, field visits, referrals, networking, and other approved channels.

• Promote the Bank's retail banking products and services to prospective customers.

• Generate quality leads and convert prospective customers into business.

• Visit potential customers and provide clear information regarding product features, benefits, eligibility, pricing, and documentation requirements.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct regular follow-up with prospective customers to ensure successful conversion.

• Collect and submit customer applications and required documents accurately.

• Coordinate with relevant Bank departments for smooth processing of customer applications.

• Provide appropriate customer support throughout the application and onboarding process.

• Maintain daily and monthly sales reports and submit them to the concerned supervisor.

• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
