Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 45 years
  • Minimum of 3 years for Officer, 4 years for SO, 5 years for EO, 6 years for SEO, 8 years for AVP, 10 Years for SAVP, 12 Years of FVP, 14 Years of VP of progressive experience in Retail Liability Business, with any reputed private commercial bank focusing on Head of Retail Liability Business, Branch-Sub-Branch Monitoring, Specialized Banking (Women, Professional, NRB Banking, Payroll & Employee Banking, Student Banking, Direct Sales Management.

Responsibilities & Context:

The Premier Bank PLC., one of Bangladesh’s leading private commercial banks, is looking for dynamic, customer-focused and experienced professionals to join its Retail Banking Division in the following positions.

A. Assistant Manager – Branch/Sub-Branch Monitoring (SO-SEO)

  • Monitor business performance of branches and sub-branches.

  • Track achievement against assigned business targets.

  • Review sales, deposit mobilization, customer acquisition and product performance.

  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective measures.

  • Prepare periodic MIS and management reports.

  • Coordinate with branches/sub-branches for implementation of Retail Banking initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to approved policies, procedures and service standards.

B. Manager – Specialized Banking (Women Banking, Professional Banking, NRB Banking etc.) (AVP-SAVP)

  • Lead specialized banking business initiatives and customer acquisition.

  • Develop strategies for targeted customer segments and specialized products.

  • Build relationships with institutional, professional and other identified customer groups.

  • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic channels.

  • Monitor portfolio quality, revenue and customer engagement.

  • Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders for product and service delivery.

C. Assistant Manager/Officer – Specialized Banking (Women Banking, Professional Banking etc.) (SO-SEO)

  • Support specialized banking business development and customer acquisition.

  • Manage customer relationships and coordinate service delivery.

  • Assist in developing and executing sales campaigns.

  • Monitor business performance and prepare MIS.

  • Support the Manager in implementing specialized banking initiatives.

D. Manager – Payroll & Employee Banking, Student Banking (AVP-SAVP)

  • Develop and manage Payroll, employee Banking and Student Banking business.

  • Build relationships with corporate/institutional clients for payroll & Student Banking solutions.

  • Develop acquisition strategies for salary accounts and student accounts.

  • Establish relationships with educational institutions and relevant organizations.

  • Drive CASA, card, digital banking and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

E. Manager – Direct Sales Management (AVP-SAVP)

  • Lead and manage the Bank’s direct sales function.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and territory plans.

  • Set targets and monitor performance of direct sales teams.

  • Drive customer acquisition and product penetration.

  • Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to approved sales processes.

  • Develop incentive, productivity and performance-monitoring mechanisms.

  • Coordinate with branches and business units to maximize sales opportunities

F. Assistant Manager/Team Leader – Direct Sales Management (Officer-EO)

  • Lead and supervise direct sales teams.

  • Assign daily/monthly sales targets and monitor achievement.

  • Coach team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

  • Ensure quality customer acquisition and documentation.

  • Monitor field activities and prepare performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with sales and customer onboarding procedures.
