The Premier Bank PLC., one of Bangladesh’s leading private commercial banks, is looking for dynamic, customer-focused and experienced professionals to join its Retail Banking Division in the following positions.
A. Assistant Manager – Product Development & Campaign Management, Cards (SO-SEO)
Develop and enhance credit card products and propositions based on customer needs, market trends and business objectives.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including developing business cases, coordinating product launches, executing upgrades and conducting periodic performance reviews.
Plan, launch, and monitor card campaigns by managing data-driven customer segmentation, defining rewarding propositions and analyzing return on investment (ROI).
Track and analyze the performance of existing products, active campaigns and competitor offerings to deliver actionable insights for portfolio optimization.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure the seamless rollout of products and campaigns.
B. Assistant Manager – MIS (Cards) (SO-SEO)
manage large-scale Card Business data to guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, and timely availability for business reporting.
Design and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, executive dashboards, and KPIs tracking overall card business activities.
Conduct rigorous variance analysis, portfolio health checks and product profitability assessments to identify revenue opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
Monitor data integrity, reconcile information and maintain appropriate documentation and reporting controls.
Support reporting automation, dashboard enhancement and timely delivery of management information to relevant stakeholders.
C. Assistant Manager/Team Leader – Sales Governance (Officer-EO)
Monitor Card Sales activities and processes to ensure compliance with approved policies, KYC, documentation and sales-governance requirements.
Identify and monitor mis-selling, process deviations, exceptions, documentation gaps and other sales-control issues.
Review sales MIS, campaign/product eligibility, incentive-related controls and governance trackers to identify irregularities and performance risks.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk and other relevant functions and support audit requirements.
Analyze customer complaints, post-issuance verification trends, and responsible-sales performance indicators to build comprehensive governance dashboards for senior leadership.
