• Gather, compile, and analyze performance data of branches, Territory Business Managers (TBMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), and Relationship Managers (RMs).

• Compare actual results with targets and perform variance analysis to recommend corrective actions.

• Assist in the preparation of the department’s annual budget and support the setting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with company-wide objectives.

• Lead campaigns and training initiatives periodically to ensure continuous development of internal talent.

• Explore and assess opportunities in SME financing, assisting in the creation of new financial products tailored to meet the needs of the SME sector.

• Identify and develop new products to ensure customized services for targeted.

• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes, recommending enhancements to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the development and refinement of the credit application process to ensure smoother operations and better customer experience.

• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to re-engineer & automate loan process, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction and providing the company with a competitive market advantage.

• Develop training modules and organize workshops to enhance the skills of Relationship Managers.
