Responsibilities & Context:
Development of Sustainable Retail Business portfolio for the Bank.
Identifying the target market and acquire new business to enrich the retail portfolio which includes Personal Loan, Home Loan, Current & Savings Account Deposits, Term Deposits, Credit Cards, Debit Cards etc.
Maintain quality assets and liabilities through the disciplined portfolio management.
Earn trusted advisor status by integrating retail business ideas, different assets and deposit solutions to help clients navigate and choose the best financial solution.

Trainee Assistant Manager will join as "Senior Officer" with 6 months learning attachment with a gross salary of BDT. 50,000/- per month.
After the successful completion of learning attachment, the gross salary will be increased to BDT. 65,000/- per month and the designation will be "Assistant Relationship Manager".
